How to add touch up paint to your earrings.

I love a simple hoop earring.  In fact, I have 3 pairs that I have loved so much, it appears that I have rubbed the silvery paint right on off of them in a few places.

Until I splurge and get myself a pair of real silver hoops, this is just going to keep happening.  For now, I am just going to give these a simple face-lift with a little spray paint.

So easy.  Pick a spray paint. I chose a metallic silver, but now would be a great time to change the color too (since you're messing around with it and all.)  Fold a little piece of tape over the post of the earring (the part that goes through your ear) and then lightly spray.  Let dry, flip over and paint the other side.  If you are so inclined, you can spray with a clear gloss for a bit more shine.  If you don't have a clear spray, clear nail polish works too.

Easy.
