An Extra Smart Sponge

I don't like South Park.
Never have.
Sure, every once in a blue moon I have found something to be funny. But it's either feast or famine: it's crass, vapid and irritating OR milk comes out of my nose. No in between for me. However, Rich and Devin like to watch it, so on rare occasion it has been on when the other guys are out of the room.

So I'm driving Grant to preschool this morning, listening to Kevin & Bean on the radio... as part of their banter/schtick they are playing one of the South Park characters saying, "oh that's gay - you're totally gay- you're so gay" (or something similarly stupid) over and over. I'm zoning out, not paying attention to it. (Not quite enough coffee yet) Grant says, "Who is that?" I don't know who or what he's talking about and say so. Excited, he says "Stan mom! That's Stan! Stan!"

New rule: NO South Park when Grant is in the building. He may not have been in the room to watch it, but he clearly has been lurking and listening. If he can recognize the characters by their voices, "suck my balls" and "kiss my ass" can't be too far off.

How will THAT go over with his preschool teacher?
